River Park provides acute inpatient services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors and features a 22-bed residential treatment program for children and adolescents and a 25-bed adult forensic unit. In conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services, the Facility Supervisor will be responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of Barboursville School. Facility Director will directly supervise the therapist, rec therapist, MHT, PIC and Supervisors. The Facility Director will provide administrative oversight to the on-site nurses, but there is a dotted line to the Director of Nursing for the clinical supervision of RNs. Tasks include operational oversight of the facility, interviewing for and onboarding new staff; compliance with regulatory standards, providing clinical supervision, providing direct clinical services as required, providing in house trainings, provides discipline as needed, responsible for resource allocation, and representing River Park Hospital in meetings as required.

Job Specifications:

1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
2. Professional license in State of WV in applicable field (LICSW, LCSW, LGSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist)
3. Minimum three (3) years working within the medical/behavioral health setting.
4. Minimum one (1) year in supervisory role is preferred.
